5. After the machine tool is started, set the machine tool to manual mode through the manual and automatic switch button on the touch screen, and check whether all manual functions of the machine tool are normal. If the Z-phase light is not on, press the quasi-stop button to make the spindle quasi-stop and the Z-phase light is on.
6. Set the machine tool to the automatic mode, place the crankshaft and press the tailstock to tighten the workpiece. At this time, the machine tool's home position light will be on, press the cycle button, and the workpiece will be processed automatically. At the initial stage of rolling, a small amount of lubricating oil can be seen to lubricate each journal.
7. When the machine tool is working, pay attention to closing the door of the electrical part, keep the door sealed well, and strictly prevent the invasion of oil, water, scrap iron and dust.
8. After the descaling machine is finished, clean the iron chips and dirt, keep the machine clean, apply oil to prevent rust, and cut off the power supply.
