Xinbo Machinery actively responded to the call of the state. In order to help students majoring in food and machinery to understand the cutting-edge development of fish processing machinery industry and the relevant knowledge of product research and development & production, and to better connect theory with practice, the School of Food Science and Nutrition Engineering of China Agricultural University led more than 20 teachers and students into Xinbo Machinery to visit and exchange, and went to an in-depth dialogue together!
1 Visit the exhibition hall
Manager Fei led teachers and students to visit the new exhibition hall of Xinbo Machinery and introduced that Xinbo Machinery is a high-tech industry integrating mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, mechanical installation, automation application and workshop planning of aquatic products factory. It emphatically introduced the company's development history, scientific research and technology, scientific and technological explosives, R & D patents, manufacturing strength and fish production and processing assembly lines, we watched Hainan Xiangtai's 200-ton daily production line and fish ball processing line! The students showed great interest and had a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Xinbo Machinery.

Everyone came to the production workshop with great interest and really felt the professional height and R & D strength of Xinbo Machinery in the field of fish processing machinery! The commentator gave an in-depth explanation of the CNC machine tool group and the assembly group. CNC machine tool processing is a high degree of integration of technology and technology, and is the core link of modern industrial manufacturing. In the production workshop, every product is an art, from raw materials to finished products, every step reflects our skills, perfect details also let us get endless sense of achievement. 3 Visit the finished product workshop
Then, everyone came to the finished product workshop, which is divided into delivery area, finished product area, test machine area and scrubbing area. Although the order volume is large, the production is busy and the pace is accelerated, each product will go through multi-process inspection and test machine before shipment, and strictly follow the internal quality inspection standards to meet the customer's requirements with quality and quantity. For all kinds of equipment to be delivered in the finished product workshop, manager Fei explained in turn two unpacking machines, three unpacking machines, an all-in-one machine for opening and removing internal organs, a high-pressure water descaling machine, etc. the students were very interested in the machines for fish fillets in pickled fish. manager Fei focused on the oblique slicer and the production process of live fish-fillets-fish fillets.
