Traditional manual fish processing often leads to inconsistent evisceration depth, easily damaging the viscera and causing contamination. Gutting may leave behind black membranes and fish oil, affecting subsequent processing. Cleaning is often unable to completely remove blood and impurities. The three steps require multiple people to cooperate, resulting in low efficiency and large quality fluctuations. For aquatic product companies with high daily processing volumes, manual processing not only increases labor costs but also makes it difficult to meet peak season production demands.
The integrated evisceration, gutting, and cleaning machine achieves full automation through a three-stage linkage system: the feeding area uses a human-like fixing device to steadily fix and position the fish (adaptable to fish lengths of 10-50cm); evisceration is performed by high-speed rotating food-grade blades, ensuring smooth evisceration while avoiding damage to the fish bones; the gutting mechanism uses a brush to quickly remove viscera, black membranes, and residual blood membranes, with a removal rate exceeding 99%; the cleaning area uses a 360° rotating spray design to thoroughly remove blood, mucus, and impurities, preparing for subsequent cutting or processing. The entire process requires no manual intervention, with a single machine capable of processing 2000-2500 fish per hour, equivalent to the workload of 25-30 workers.
Different fish species have significant variations in size and physiological structure, and general-purpose equipment often struggles to achieve consistent processing results. The integrated machine uses a modular design, adjusting the blade and brush positions to adapt to common fish species such as tilapia, rainbow trout, crucian carp, and carp.
