 Manually slicing fish fillets at an angle requires the operator to rely on feel to control the angle of the knife and the thickness of the slices.  Even slight deviations can result in unevenly sized fillets with damaged edges, affecting appearance and wasting materials. For fish with delicate flesh, such as yellow croaker and sea bass, manual cutting can easily cause the fish to break due to uneven force, significantly reducing yield. The new angled fish fillet slicer achieves precise cutting results. During the cutting process, the fish fillets are smoothly advanced via a food-grade feed plate, and with the dual-directional cutting and reverse angled blades, the cut is smooth and even, preserving the fish's fiber structure and avoiding the compression and deformation that can occur with manual cutting. Different types of fish vary significantly in size, texture, and processing applications, making it difficult for general-purpose cutting equipment to meet diverse needs. 

 In terms of production capacity, the angled fish fillet slicer significantly outperforms manual labor. The equipment can process 1800-2000 standard-sized fish per hour, equivalent to the workload of 15-20 skilled workers. The equipment uses an automatic feeding system.  Simply place the processed fish fillets (boneless) into the feed port, and the entire process of positioning, conveying, cutting, and output is automatically completed, significantly reducing manual intervention and labor costs. 

 The angled fish fillet slicer strictly adheres to food-grade standards in terms of materials and safety performance. The body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the blades are made of food-grade alloy material with a special rust-proof treatment, able to withstand long-term exposure to water and fish. The equipment has PLC programming control and uses water flow for automatic rinsing and lubrication of the blade area to ensure that the processing does not stick.
