After the shrimp enters the upper screen from the feed hopper, under the action of vibration, it continuously jumps and diffuses. Shrimp and impurities smaller than the screen aperture pass through the screen surface and fall into the lower layer, while those larger than the screen aperture move along the inclined direction of the screen surface to the outlet. Through multi-layer screens with different mesh sizes, shrimp can be precisely separated according to particle size, while removing mixed mud, shell fragments, and other impurities. The entire screening process is continuous and efficient, without the need for manual intervention.
Screening precision control is a technological highlight of the shrimp vibrating screening machine. By adjusting the frequency and amplitude of the vibration motor, the equipment can precisely control the screening intensity. Considering the light and easily floating nature of shrimp, the screen uses a special weaving process, with square or round mesh holes evenly distributed, and the aperture error is controlled within ±0.1mm.
