1. Main Body
The entire machine features a SUS304 food-grade stainless steel frame, sink, and hopper, making it waterproof and corrosion-resistant, meeting aquatic food hygiene standards.

2. Conveying and Positioning System
Snap-fit tool conveyor belt (slots secure sardines to prevent deviation), variable frequency motor, suitable for sardines sized 3–15 cm.

3. Core Processing Components
Rotating Head Cutting Blade Set: high-speed stainless steel circular blades, precise fish head cutting, with adjustable cutting position;
High-Pressure Spray Washing Pipeline: built-in sprays inside the machine, instantly rinsing fish bodies and interior residues.

4. Electrical Control Configuration
Variable frequency control cabinet (Schneider electrical components), start/stop and speed control buttons, emergency stop switch, standard 380V three-phase power, total machine power 1.1–2.4 KW.

III. Basic Production Parameters
Single machine capacity: 3200–4000 fish/hour, can operate continuously with one person feeding, suitable for sardine canning and bulk frozen processing.
