When waterproof boots enter the equipment, the induction device first triggers the brushing system, and the side and bottom brushes rotate simultaneously, cooperating with the high-pressure water flow sprayed by the spraying system to wash the surface of the waterproof boots, quickly removing visible stains; then it enters the disinfection area, spraying food-grade disinfectant (such as sodium hypochlorite solution) through atomizing nozzles to ensure the killing of common pathogenic bacteria such as E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus; finally, in the drying area, hot air penetrates the surface of the waterproof boots through the circulation system, achieving surface drying within 30-60 seconds to avoid secondary contamination after cleaning. The entire process requires no manual intervention and is fully automated. The cleaning time for single or double waterproof boots is only 1-2 minutes.
Cleaning effect control is the technical core of the workshop boot washer. The equipment ensures cleaning quality through a three-pronged security mechanism: First, the brush pressure can be adjusted to adjust the contact force between the brush and the boot surface according to the material of the waterproof boots and the degree of staining, avoiding incomplete cleaning or damage to the waterproof boots; second, a segmented spraying design is adopted, with enzymatic detergent used in the front section to remove oil stains, clean water rinsing residues in the middle section, and a special disinfectant in the rear section to ensure sterilization effect; third, a concentration monitoring device is equipped to monitor the disinfectant concentration in real time. In terms of operation and maintenance, the workshop boot washer embodies a user-friendly design. The passage-type model does not require employees to remove their boots for cleaning, greatly improving usability; the equipment is equipped with a touch screen control system, which can intuitively display the operating status, cleaning times, and other data, supporting one-button start and parameter adjustment. The brushes and spray nozzles adopt a quick-release structure, which is convenient for regular replacement and cleaning; the bottom of the equipment is equipped with a removable filter and drain, which is convenient for cleaning the debris generated by brushing, preventing pipe blockage.
