The conveying method is belt conveying. The belt width can be customized to 40 cm or 60 cm, and the blade spacing can also be customized to 2 cm, 2.5 cm, 3 cm, etc. During conveying, there is a fish-pressing plate, similar to a hand holding the fish, making the cut straighter. The outlet is via a conveyor belt. After a fish is sliced, its shape is maintained, facilitating subsequent worker selection.

This equipment can slice various products such as strips, dices, rings, and blocks. Cutting sizes above 0.5mm can be customized. Cutting sizes can be adjusted proportionally.

This equipment is made of stainless steel, making it durable. Its working width is wider than similar products, allowing for dual-person operation.
