Location: After the deboning machine or the gutting machine, the outlet of the deboning machine or the gutting machine is placed on the lower conveyor belt of the 828.

I. First, the double-layer conveyor belt processing line:

Lower conveyor belt: Conveys raw materials (raw fish), upper conveyor belt: Conveys processed (finished fish)

The outlet of the upper conveyor belt is connected to the bubble cleaning machine. The length of the 828 can be customized according to customer requirements; the standard is 12 workstations, but 14 or 16 workstations are also possible. Conveyor belt material: Imported mildew-proof and non-slip blue PU belt, 40 cm wide. The main frame of our equipment is not only a frame, but also contains water pipes, which not only saves space but also improves the visual effect. The workbench is 45 cm wide, with a circular waste hole, and wastewater is collected in a wastewater collection tray. The equipment frame and table are one-piece molded, with strong load-bearing capacity. Scrapers are installed at the conveyor belt inlet and outlet to ensure the hygiene of the conveyor belt. The 828 multi-layer conveyor belt processing line replaces manual handling, saving time and effort. When there are fewer workstations, the 828 multi-layer conveyor belt processing line is not recommended; it is better to use a table instead, because regardless of the number of workstations, important and expensive components such as the distribution box and bearings are essential, so the more workstations, the lower the unit price.

II. Three-layer conveyor belt processing line:

Upper conveyor belt: Conveys finished products, middle conveyor belt: Conveys raw materials, lower conveyor belt: Conveys waste.

The waste from the three-layer conveyor belt processing line is collected uniformly, and through the octagonal waste outlet, it directly goes through the chute to the lower conveyor belt. The end of the lower conveyor belt is connected to the waste collection basket.

The upper layer of the three-layer conveyor belt processing line can be spaced to separate the front and rear processes. Mainly used for cleaning, removing gills, and washing products. Raw material, finished product wastewater, and waste are separated. Hygienic and easy to clean. Mainly used in fish fillet processing enterprises.

Equipment configuration:
The main frame of the equipment is welded from 50*50*2.0mm stainless steel square tubes. The moving parts are made of 6-8mm stainless steel. The thickness of the front and rear main rollers is 10mm stainless steel. The rear of the conveyor belt can be lifted for easy cleaning of the bottom of the conveyor belt. Imported mildew-proof and hygienic conveyor belts are used. The thickness of the worktables on both sides is 2.0mm, and wastewater is collected uniformly. The upper and lower conveyor belt motors are Mitsubishi frequency conversion speed regulation, suitable for 10-30 people to operate simultaneously, suitable for open-back fish processing and fish fillet processing. Length can be customized.
