The cleaning tank is welded from food-grade 304 stainless steel, with good corrosion resistance and structural stability. The bottom of the tank is arc-shaped for easy wastewater discharge. Spray devices are distributed on the top and sides of the cleaning tank, equipped with high-pressure nozzles that can spray water at multiple angles to rinse the fish. 

 II. The core working principle of the feed fish cleaning machine is to achieve cleaning through a multi-stage process of "soaking - rinsing - spraying - picking". 

 When the feed fish enters the cleaning tank, it first undergoes preliminary soaking to soften and remove surface mud and impurities. Then, the fish are conveyed forward by motor drive in the brush spraying area. The extended fish picking platform allows 6-8 people to work simultaneously, facilitating worker picking. At the same time, the high-pressure spray device is activated to promptly flush away the dirt cleaned by the brush, preventing secondary contamination. 

 III. The key technical features of the equipment are reflected in precise cleaning control and fish protection. 

 The mesh belt speed can be adjusted via a variable frequency system, flexibly adjusting the mesh belt speed according to the size and species of the feed fish (such as small miscellaneous fish, sardines, anchovies, etc.) to ensure cleaning effectiveness while minimizing fish damage. The equipment is also equipped with an air bubble generator, which enhances the cleaning power on the fish surface through the bursting action of numerous tiny bubbles in the water, especially suitable for removing impurities from crevices.

 For feed fish directly fed to aquaculture farms, the equipment can quickly remove surface bacteria and contaminants, reducing the risk of disease in the cultured organisms.
