Descaling small and medium-sized fish in the aquatic product processing industry has always been a challenging problem. Manual descaling is not only inefficient but also easily damages the fish, affecting quality. The rotary drum descaling machine adopts a drum-type design. The core working component is a cylindrical rotary drum made of food-grade stainless steel. Descaling is achieved through friction between fish bodies. The fish roll evenly in the rotary drum as it rotates and slowly moves forward, achieving complete descaling without dead angles. When the fish are fed into the rotary drum, the motor drives the drum to rotate. The equipment has variable frequency speed regulation and can adjust the speed according to the actual situation. At the same time, the spray water pipe equipped with the equipment sprays water from multiple angles outside the rotary drum to the inside. On the one hand, it can promptly flush the fallen fish scales out of the rotary drum, avoiding secondary pollution caused by residual fish scales; on the other hand, it can reduce the impact force between fish bodies and reduce scratches on the surface of the fish. For fine scales with slightly stronger adhesion, the rotation of the rotary drum causes moderate collisions between the fish bodies, further enhancing the descaling effect and ensuring that each fish is thoroughly processed. 

For small and fine scales and small floating scales of small and medium-sized fish, the rotary drum descaling machine demonstrates three core advantages. First, the descaling efficiency is extremely high. A small rotary drum descaling machine can process 300-400 kilograms of small and medium-sized fish per hour, equivalent to the workload of 10-15 manual workers, greatly reducing labor costs. The operator only needs to set the rotary drum speed and rotation time to achieve automated operation. The inlet and outlet heights are adapted to the production line design and can be seamlessly connected with cleaning and sorting equipment, or can be used independently to meet the processing needs of different scales.
