Added water pipes lubricate the blades during skinning and allow for cleaning of the skinning shaft and rollers. 

To improve skinning efficiency and cleanliness, the equipment is equipped with a rinsing system. During the skinning process, the rinsing system continuously sprays water into the drum. This washes away loose skin and impurities, preventing them from adhering to the product surface and affecting the skinning effect. It also lubricates the blades, preventing product sticking during cutting. The water pressure and volume of the spray system can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different products, ensuring efficient cleaning while saving water. 

The equipment uses a semi-automatic control mode, balancing ease of operation with processing flexibility. Operators only need to neatly place the product to be processed into the feed port, and the equipment will complete the skinning operation. In case of an emergency, the operator can quickly press the button to stop the equipment immediately, preventing accidents. In addition, the electrical system of the equipment is waterproof, preventing short circuits and other faults caused by humid environments, improving the stability and safety of equipment operation.
